Service Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel or change their appointment no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service date.
  • How to Cancel/Reschedule: To cancel or change the appointment, customers must inform INOVA Hair Treatment in writing via email at info@inovahairtreatment.com or call us directly at 954-645-9890.
  • Late Cancellation: If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled appointment or cancels within less than 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.

Online Product Orders:

  • Order Cancellation: Products sold online may be cancelled up to 12 hours before they are shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refund Policy: Products that have been shipped and delivered are non-refundable. If the customer picks up the product from our store, it is also considered as “delivered,” and returns will not be accepted.
